Boarding at St Pancras International
If my ticket is booked for another international station, can I board at St Pancras instead?
Yes, if your ticket is not restricted to St Pancras only, you can board at any other Eurostar terminal. If your ticket is restricted, it will be shown on your booking.
If I am booked to disembark at another station, can I disembark at St Pancras instead?
You can disembark at St Pancras if your booking is not for a restricted train- if you are able to change stations you may do so.
What time is check-in?
Please bear in mind that passport control and security checks can take around 15 minutes, as a similar check-in system to airports is operated for Eurostar travel. Check-in for Eurostar passengers closes 30 minutes before the train is due to depart. You may also wish to refer to the St Pancras Check-In page for more information.

Can I buy a season ticket to travel from St Pancras to the other Eurostar terminals?
To travel from St Pancras to the other high speed terminals, you must purchase a season ticket from St Pancras Domestic station. There is a ticket available between St Pancras International and London Terminals.
Booking Online and Advance Bookings
Can I prebook my train ticket?
Yes. Eurostar tickets allow you to book up to 120 days in advance. You must check before booking, as networks will vary: French Rail Network will allow only 90 days in some cases, Disneyland Resort Paris allows a longer advance booking period, and seasonal trains for ski destinations are available throughout the season. High speed domestic services allow up to 83 days in advance of travelling.
Can I book my ticket and pay at the station?
No, valid payment must be taken during the booking transaction. You cannot reserve tickets beforehand, but you can purchase tickets at the station. This is not usually recommended for Eurostar tickets.
Can I book my ticket and collect them at the station?
Yes, but you must have your booking reference with you. The holder of the card used to complete the transaction must be present (either Credit or Debit is acceptable). Tickets can be collected days before your date of travel from either the ticket desk or the e-ticket machines in the station, but they must be collected 45 minutes before the train departs.
Other Tickets Available
Can I buy Paris Metro tickets from the station?
Yes, these are available from the ticket desk. You cannot prebook Paris Metro tickets from St Pancras, Ebbsfleet or Ashford International, but you can do this on arrival in Paris.
Changes To Tickets
I have entered the wrong details, can I change the information on my ticket?
Not generally speaking. You can amend the date or time of your booking only if there is available space on the correct train, and if your ticket is not restricted. If you have entered the wrong destination or name you need to have your booking refunded and make a completely new one.
I am travelling in a group but we are not seated together, what should I do?
You can choose seats when you book your tickets, but if you have already booked you must contact your original point of sale. If your desired seats are unavailable we will accommodate you as best as we can but please bear in mind that seating is subject to availability. Seats available on Eurostar trains are:
