Is wheelchair assistance available?
Yes. If you require wheelchair assistance, please arrive early and notify station staff. There are ramps to help you onto the train, and you can book a designated wheelchair user seat.
Is St Pancras wheelchair-friendly?
Yes, there are 12 disabled bays in the multi-storey car park, and for travellers from Ebbsfleet, the recommended car park is B, which has specific wide bays as well as ramp access. The entire St Pancras station is designed to be suitable for wheelchairs and pushchairs; St Pancras Maps gives more details.
The St Pancras International station is suitable for wheelchairs and buggies.
Are there any facilities for other disabilities?
Yes. Blind or deaf passengers are allowed to travel with guide dogs from St Pancras International. There are also companion fares on offer if passengers with a disability wish to be accompanied by another person, but these companion fares are unavailable separately, and designated companions must travel with them for the whole journey.
Where are the access ramps located?
The access ramps are located on the train and around the station such as to get upstairs or to get from the subway to the station.
Where are the lifts located?
Where there are steps there is a lift nearby and also on the subway, up stairs in the station and downstairs.

Are there lockers to store luggage?
A secure baggage store is available at the station and charge a daily fee, no other lockers are available.
What is the price for storing luggage?
£8.50 for the first 24 hours and £5.00 every 24 hours after that.
Is there a porter service available at the station?
St Pancras International does not offer porter services, but staff will help with luggage and passengers can use trolleys before check-in.
What do I do in the event of Lost Property? If you lose your property on the train itself, you must contact Eurostar. If you have lost your property at the St Pancras International station, you can telephone the station on 08701 600 052 then select option 1. Non-perishable items are stored for up to 28 days, but charges may apply.

Can I exchange pounds for euros at the station?
Yes. There is a Bureau de Change at St Pancras International, as well as cash (ATM) machines that will dispense pounds sterling or euros. You can use either of these currencies at the station.
Can I use/buy Eurostar Gift Vouchers at St Pancras?
Yes, except for E-Vouchers, which are only redeemable online. You can buy or use Eurostar Gift Vouchers at the station ticket desk (Paper Vouchers or Gift Certificates only), who will provide more information.
