What do I do if I want to claim for a refund on my Eurostar ticket?
You must have your booking reference with you. If your ticket is refundable (please see the Tickets section for other details on restricted tickets), you can claim a refund from Eurostar online or by telephone. If you made a booking by phone, contact Eurostar. If you booked online, it must be refunded online. Please note, if you telephoned St Pancras or Eurostar to alter your booking, or if there is a technical issue, it cannot be refunded, and you must telephone again.
My service was affected by the weather conditions in December, what should I do?
You can claim a refund for the affected part of your travel, and complimentary travel if you did journey. If you did not travel between Saturday 19 and Monday 21 December 2009, you can claim a full refund or change the date of your booking.
I booked a package deal, who should I contact for a refund?

There is a mistake on my booking confirmation, what should I do? Contact Eurostar on 08432 186 186 from 8am to 7pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 5pm Saturday and Sunday.
What should I do if I want my season ticket refunded?
If your HSS ticket has not expired, you can claim a refund by returning it to the ticket office you originally bought it from.
