Paddington Railway Station
Paddington station is served by four different London Underground lines through two separate stations the Bakerloo, Circle and District Lines. Circle line trains share tracks with the Hammersmith & City Line from Hammersmith to Paddington.
Paddington Station is the London Station for frequent long distance high speed trains operated by First Great Western, some of the main destinations are West Midlands, Hereford and Worcester, Newport and Cardiff. It is also the terminus for local trains to West London and also Thames Valley. Two services from Paddington serve Heathrow Airport, with the Heathrow express travelling direct no stop from Paddington; the Heathrow Connect takes the same route but stops at certain stations on the way.
You can take the circle line to Paddington from St Pancras/Kings Cross in just a few minutes. Paddington railway station is known as London Paddington, the mainline station travels to long distance destinations are Bristol, Cheltenham Spa, Cardiff and Exeter.
The disabled facilities include impaired mobility set down, accessable car park, disabled parking, wheelchairs, ramp for train access and step free access.
Facilities at Paddington Station include a taxi rank, bus service, ticket office, ticket gates, left luggage, customer service and lost property. The modern extension has armchairs and tables with a bar offering complimentary refreshments. It also has workstations with access to the Internet. There is a large screen TVs showing Sky News and also a departures board showing train times.
